The two principals of this firm have a combined experience of some sixty years in the exterior building renovation industry. They met in 1984 while working for a local exterior renovation contractor. Since then they have collaborated on the renovation of numerous high profile projects, including landmark and historic buildings.
Donald G. Prycer

Mr. Prycer received a degree in architecture from Texas A&M University in 1970. He came to New York and completed course work in historic preservation at Columbia University. His thirty-year career in the preservation and restoration industry has included positions with the Landmarks Preservation Commission, private architectural firms and various renovation contractors. Mr. Prycer has developed a keen ability to analyze the exterior conditions of buildings and develop proper restoration specifications.
Michael Iannacone

Mr. Iannacone represents the fourth generation of his family in the construction industry. He has been involved in building renovations since childhood starting as a laborer with his father’s construction crew. After high school he completed college level studies in blueprint reading, construction scheduling and structural engineering. He has either operated or owned construction companies since 1971. He is widely regarded for his expertise in managing, scheduling and completing complex renovation projects on time and within budget. His experience in detecting structural faults that cause masonry failures is crucial in developing recommendations for repair procedures and specifications.
