Building Envelope – ‘Hands On’ Inspections and Probes

• Probes opened to view underlying steel columns, beams, shelf angles, window lintels, “C” channels, wall ties, and other possible causes of masonry failure.

• Pictures taken of exposed areas, a picture and text report compiled and issued.

• Research and development of specifications for appropriate materials.

• Repair recommendation and itemized estimate presented.

• Total scope of work developed, bid packages prepared for bidding.

• Assumption of entire exterior contract, award of subcontracts.
